So for the person on here with the complaint in july...... there was a major death in the family, and never has a client been asked to get there own supplies when they are not knowledgeable on what to get, and when this goes into billing. I would love to see this video start to finish. Just not sounding correct to me. Mainly the post and the death we experienced the same day of the pourInitial Complaint

I inquired with Journeyman ******************* on May 16th regarding a patio pour, I also wanted rails and they told me it would be best if I got the ones that they can put directly in the concrete. I asked if they could show me which ones and they did not respond. I bought the wrong ones so I had to wait 3 weeks for the correct ones. I asked them all of the questions one would ask when hiring a contractor to pour concrete. They told me they were going to rent a truck and get the concrete from a local ready mix concrete supplier. When it finally came to the day they poured the concrete - July 12 - they literally just dry poured it and mixed it in with a shovel. I have all of this on video. They also decided to surprise me and sprinkle a rust and charcoal powder mixture onto the wet concrete which looks like absolute dog s*** Not only that, but the rails I got were once again the wrong ones.
