      I dont normally like to complain about a company on Next Door, since most small businesses rely on this and word of mouth. I do however have no issue, when I have exhausted every opportunity to have them correct the issue.On or around July of 2022, we asked Mud Brothers, ***** for an estimate to pour concrete on the side of house, creating a walkway to the backyard. Less than a year later, January of ****************************************************************************** will fail inspection if we need to sell the house. I also have Multiple Sclerosis and have fallen several times.We have been in contact with ***** to have at least 2 sections broken up and replaced. The last communication I had with ***** was on November 15th and he has left those messages unread in ******** Messenger. Phone calls go to voicemail. I have also contacted Mud Brothers by Messenger and phone with no response. So, I do not recommend this company, they will take your money, do c*** work, and never fix it.Mud Brother also has failed to reimburse us for the damage to the sprinkler lines, when Mud Brothers punctured 3 main lines, costing us $250.00

      Customer cant provide a contract between us and them a warranty was never given they dont have a contract for a warranty customer lined out where the concrete was placed if a stake for the forms punctured an irrigation line customer is responsible they picked where it went they should know if they had lines in the area and notify us to look for them first  such breakage of a line could wash out the dirt under the concrete which would cause it to shift

      I am rejecting this response because:

      we have ******** pay receipts and communication from ***** indicating that he would fix this, including phone calls.

      As far as the sprinkler system, your contractors were aware of the sprinkler system and as such should have taken precautions to make sure it was not punctured.

      I am also wondering why your ******** and websites are down.  I have contacted you via telephone, email, and ******** messenger. Of which I have not received any responses.

      you should also know that ***** doesn't have a license in the *****************.

      The issue started with the rain (monsoon) the day after the concrete was poured.

      With written responses accepting responsibility and promises of correcting the issue, which valids a verbal contact, which is legal and binding in the *****************.

      In communication with the office, they were aware and informed me they were waiting on *****'s (employee) father's to set a date, so they could have the equipment needed to break up and bag new cement, saving cost for the jack.

      Please review the screenshots from ******** Messenger.  You will see that we paid $1200 via ******** pay to *****, in 2 installmets of $600 each.  We have been in contact with *****.  This is evident in the messages in ********.  For some time now, we are not getting any response and the icon in the messages is left "unread."

      There is a statement in one of the messages, where ***** indicates that he is having issues with his laptop and was unable to send a quote.
