This company is well worth using for a custom remodel. They did two bathrooms and a kitchen floor for me. All of the craftsmanship was exceptional from tiling, flooring, paint, etc... The owner, ***********************, is knowledgeable, courteous, and forthright. He uses a job tracking ap that let's you see what is happening, what will happen, and if the homeowner has a task such as picking out a flooring or tile style. It made me and my wife feel in control. Overall, I recommend SHCC and would use again in a heartbeat.

We had our deck rebuilt and this company is great to work with. **** went through the details of how the project would go very thoroughly before we signed a contract. We had talked to 2 other contractors prior to talking to **** and did not get that kind of detail so we felt better going with his company. **** kept us updated throughout the project. Our new deck looks beautiful and the quality of construction is far better than the 8 year old deck that we had to replace, due to rotting wood, that was put on by the builder of our house. SHCC deserves the 5 star rating. Drew and his employees worked hard, long days during some very hot weather this particular summer and they did it with impressive attention to detail. They were flexible in handling changes to the original contract and enjoyable to work with. It should be noted that this was a somewhat exceptional project in terms of its size and complexity due to limited space on a ridge. Bottom line....mission accomplished by a very professional crew!!!Southern Heritage Custom Construction Response
