They are stringing you all along The site they gave you has nothing to do with with cryptos otc. Actually they tried to change there site to cover themselves. There new site is: https://cotps-otc.com/
I also will include pics of the original site and the wallet info. They are trying to scam and have been caught.

COTPS has scammed its users out of millions of dollars in crypto. I personally invested $2000 total from my 3 accounts and im not able to withdraw my funds just like all the other users. For the first few months the company allowed withdrawals of funds to gain trust and once the company received more popularity it began to have issues and now fail to send users sms verification codes to withdrawal their funds. They needed our ID/passport for verifications and have possible fraudulent licenses on their website qualifications tab to give customers the image of being legitimate. Company is refusing to provide updates and has up and left with hundreds of millions of dollars in crypto.Business response

As stated in my original complaint. The website is COTPS.net NOT COTPS.com. Website URL is shown in my screenshots provided in original complaint. This company has stolen funds from thousands of users and their crypto wallet is here: https://tronscan.org/#/address/TV6MuMXfmLbBqPZvBHdwFsDnQeVfnmiuSi/transfers
Over $6Bil was transferred out of that wallet they were paying users with, then ran off and left $1.2Bil in it.
