I hired ******************************** to design a website for my photography business on October 5th 2022, with a final live date of the site set for November 15th 2022. I had made a down payment of $500 for the project at the time of signing the contract, and another payment of $450 on the first of November. I was scheduled to make 3 more payments of $450 on the first of December, January and February. My site was not complete on November 15th, and I was told it would be done within the following two business days. My site was not done the following two business days. Since November 15th, I have not had an active website. ******************************** has been unresponsive, unreliable, has not delivered an active site, and has scammed my small business out of $950. I halted payment to her on December 1st after not receiving the product I was promised on November 15th. Unfortunately, I have been contacted by other creatives in the meantime explaining similar situations. This business is scamming small business owners out of a valuable product. I am requesting a full refund of $950.00.
