We renewed for a 2nd year with BombBomb.com to make videos to share with donors in 11/2023. Since December, for over a month, we have not been able to use the system due to a code issue. We can't record videos or upload videos, which is the purpose of the subscription. I've submitted tickets for assistance and they are no longer responding. I would like the issue fixed to use the system and a refund for the month we lost or a full refund for the year and to cancel the subscription. The system no longer works and they are not responding to provide updates or to fix it or permit other options for use.Business response

Thank you for the notification. We do have an ongoing ticket for the customer. We have reached out to the customer (I will upload the conversation proof as soon as we receive a reply) to confirm resolution and to extend the month refund requested. This was mishandled in our ticket tracking system and we greatly apologize for the inconvenience.
