            I filed this exact same complaint on 08/2023. The company assured me they would take me off their mailing list. It's now 04/2024 and I am still getting their magazine. **************************************************************************************************************************08/2023: I started receiving a magazine that I did not sign up for. I've never done business with this company before so it's spam. I've never used an app from them or done any kind of business with them before. I went to their website and they don't provide a way for you to opt-out. They ask you to email them for a complaint. If I email them then they will have my email and start sending spam emails too. The companies name is Live Notes and their website is attached here.********************************************************

            Very disappointed with the behavior of management at Notes. I will not be returning as a very unfortunate incident was handled in the most unprofessional & inappropriate type of way. There was an unfortunate incident, and a matter of miscommunication, which I attempted to handle in a discreet way, however, the manager on duty chose to escalate the situation, to the point where he was yelling and behaving in a physically, aggressive manner toward me in front of other customers. I found it unsettling unprofessional and unacceptable in every way. I will not be back, nor will I promote Notes in any way to my friends or family in the future.
