Have been with this company for fiber internet since 7/2023. Since it's install, the internet has never run correctly. The speeds are all over the place. I've spent countless hours with their tech team trying to resolve the issue, and they're not telling me they don't know what the cause is, yet they're threatening to charge me an early termination fee to switch providers. All I want is my ETF waived so I can try a different provider. I cannot work like this!Business response

Thank you for taking my call today where we discussed the problems you've been experiencing since your installation. As you mentioned, our tech support team has worked with you extensively to try and resolve your internet issues. We believe our team has gone above and beyond to try and help. However, your internet issues still remain unresolved and can understand your frustration. Per our conversation mid-afternoon on March 8th 2024, we've agreed to waive early termination fees so you can switch providers. We would genuinely like to know whether or not the issues persist with a different provider and encourage you to reach out to use in either case to let us know if your problems are resolved by switching providers. It is always our goal to try and go the great lengths to resolve customer connectivity issues and if they are resolved by a simple provider switch it will help us to drill down on a root cause of your speed issues.

I signed an 18-month contract that shows that I should be paying $69.95 per month for services. However, upon contacting the business, I was told that the contract allows for them to alter the price and that the only offer that can be placed upon my account is only good for 6 months. This is a predatory bait-and-switch routine, and I want the offer that stated to me over the phone.Business response
