My father hired ProperKey after filing a claim with his insurance company in 2015, resulting from hail damage. Upon inspection, several major issues were discovered and supposedly were fixed. Thei jobr finally passed inspection like 8 months later! They caused damage to 2 skylights on the house, trimmed some stucco edges which no other contractor ever felt tge need to do in prior roof tear offs, and due to their complete lack of skill and knowledge their poor roofing job has since led to alot of water damage on this home! My father has since passed away and I've acquired the home. I really dont kbow what to do about the water damage. We're not talking small leaks here, but major faults along one specific seam where water damage is apparently obvious in 3 different rooms of the house. Thanks you incompetent shitheads! Probably looking at $50K to repair all of this. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR, HIS WEBSITE LOOKS LIKE THE GUY MADE IT WHEN HE WAS IN 8TH GRADE. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THIS GUY KNOWS MUCH OF ANYTHING HAVING TO DO WITH CONSTRUCTION. ANYONE CAN GET A CONTRACTORS LICENSE RATHER EASILY. AND NOT CAPABLE OF DOING A ROOFING JOB IS PRETTY BAD NEWS! *********************, GO F*** YOURSELF! LET ME CROSS PATHS WITH YOU AND ITS GONNA BE ALL BAD!
