Ordered Yugoslavian AK-47 / SKS Sling these was listed as being in good condition. The sling I received is no where near good condition. It has frays and tears around the edges of the clasp, no way is this item going to be usable. I would like to return this for a full refund along with what I spent for shipping. 08-30-2021 purchased parts and paid for two day shipping. Took almost three weeks to arrive. Emailed co and recieved sorry for doing our best. They should not offer two day shipping and charge extra if they cannot deliver. I asked for shipping refund without a reply.Business response

Hello,
After the customer placed his order, our business was closed between 8/30/21 - 9/3/21 due to a COVID outbreak. We attempted to give all customers impacted a refund for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, this customer was missed. Today, September 20, we have issued a refund on his credit card ending in 8479. Please see attached refund receipt.
