I've been trying to get health insurance renewed from Rocky Mountain Health Care since Jan.2, 2023. I'm not sure if my complaint is with Connect 4 Health ********, United Health Care who bought Rocky Mountain ***** care on Dec. 31 or all of them but I keep getting the run-around and no one can answer my questions or figure out how to fix anything. On Dec. 13 I was told UHC bought RMH but I could continue my coverage and I didn't need to do anything. On Dec. 31st I received and email that said, "oops, we cannot continue your plan." I called Rocky Mountain Health on Jan. 2 and paid $642.17 for coverage. I got a confirmation number and a new member ID. I assumed I was good to go. On Dec. 19th I got an email that said I needed to pay. (In the meantime, I got a check in the mail for $642.17 mid January.) I called Rocky Mountain Health care on January 20th. They saw that I had a member ID but needed to pay. I paid the amount Connect 4 Health told me to pay which was $568.04. Then Rocky Mountain Health told me to call on Sunday, Jan. 22, to see if my account is active. I jus made the phone call. They can see I've made a payment but said I need to call Connect 4 Health ******** to verify I have a plan. It's Sunday and Connect4 Health, ******** is not open. I'm am so frustrated because I'm just trying to keep my coverage and follow the emails that gone from "you don't need to do anything" except to keep paying to " you do need to so something" and I'm still paying. I suspect it's a problem with the integration of records between RMHC and UHC and the communication between Connect4 Health. Oh, also, the only way I did not know I had coverage after the Jan. 2 phone call and payment and confirmation number, was the email I received on Jan. 19th. On one positive note a guy from RMHC named **** called me on Jan. 20th to welcome me as a new customer and to help me set up the online portal. When we could not set it up, he told me to call on Sunday.Business response

Unfortunately, this complaint is not directed to Rocky Mountain Health Care Services (*****), a **************** non profit that administers the Rocky Mountain PACE program. ************* is a long term care program for seniors aged 55 and older who are at risk of entering a nursing home. We often get confused for other healthcare companies that have a similar name. I would suggest you contact Rocky Mountain Health PLANS (RMHP) to file this complaint as they are likely who you are trying to reach as they are owned by United HealthCare.
RMHP can be reached at ********************* or ************
