On November 21, 2023 I had an appointment with a ****************, I was billed for $25,00 for the visit, I then received another bill for $25.00 which the $50,00 was my co-payment, and both bills were paid in full... I then received another bill for $50,00 stating that I had another appointment the very next day on November 22, 2023, with the very same Dr....Here is the problem, I NEVER had the 2nd appointment, and I NEVER signed up for that appointment.....I have tried numerous times to get them to correct the problem, but to no avail....I have left several messages, and spoken to numerous people about this, but no one seems to care to correct this...I have even contacted my ***************** to see if they paid the 2nd appointment, which they told me they did, so I don't know if this was someone in their billing department, that made a mistake or if this is insurance fraud... I have requested copies of the Dr's notes for the 22nd of November 2023, also a copy of the sign-in sheet for that date, but have not received anything at all, in fact to this date I have NEVER received an e-email, phone call or mail through the post from anyone......So now I am being threatened with Collection........The very last person I talked to told me that they NEVER schedule an appointment for the next day, and that he was going to give all of my information to someone that could take care of it for me, if I would just stay on the line and he will transfer me, well I stayed on the line and got immediately disconnected.... So this is where it stands today, 6 months later, with no outcome in sight..... I WILL NEVER PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE.
