              In June 2020 I purchased Oticon OPN hearing aids for $3,680 from Gabe Cooper, owner of Hear-Well in Colorado Springs. However, when I did not receive the sales receipt for the purchase (I live in Santa Fe, NM, and this purchase was done via telephone), I called Mr. Cooper to request the receipt. Mr. Cooper became angry and belligerent and refused to give me a sales receipt, claiming that I had failed to take his advice about which hearing aid to buy, so he wasn’t going to “take staff time to prepare a receipt.” (This is my 6th set of hearing aids. I didn't need nor did I seek advice from Mr. Cooper.) I tried again on July 18, 21 of this year to obtain a receipt, but they refused to send it. I am 84, have profound hearing loss, and need this receipt for my audiologist here in Santa Fe and for my records. Please see uploads for details. Don Brannan

              My medical srvice at Hear Well was done with little pain and a great improvement to my hearing health. Since finding the Life After 50 ad, I have been a patient for some time and the service I get for me and my hearing aids is excellent.
