      Dishonest,theives,vanelising criminal company. I ordered 2 ******* heaters and peak hp came and installed *** tag instead so they could make an extra $3,500.00 profit over *******. **** said it was order mistake and would be changed the next day. That never happen,also brand new *** tag only produced 60 to 64 degree air! No heat. **** also said they would send out someone to adjust *** tag. This heater was paid for. When peak hp installed my ******* it started up at 155 degrees and I told installer *** that was how a heater was supposed to work. *** then pulled and yanked on yellow hifan wire 2 to 3 minutes before if snapped and came off circuit board. See civil law suit case# **cv00330 div.f elpaso County court.

      We have made every attempt to make this situation correct. we have done several warranty . calls and replaced the unit . his system has been running to manufactures specs since the original install . not sure what needs to be rectified we addressed every thing October of last year.

      From the first contact in ********** where ***** approached us about looking into a new furnace to the last worker out the door.....we had a very great experience with Peak Home Performance. We found out our furnace was 31 years old and though it still worked it was very inefficient and the venting system was a mess. This company walked us through the whole process from ************ the sales person to the installers *** and his partner, and the ventilation guys ******* and ******. We so appreciate the personal care this company gave us and listened to our wants and needs. They did a thorough and professional job and we recommend them highly.

      If I could give zero stars I would.Do NOT trust this company. They use predatory sales techniques to send a technician out to your home who is actually a disguised salesman trying to get his foot in your door.I had a technician out for an estimate and about 5 minutes in he asked if we could sit down and chat.He proceeded to hit me with the most aggressive sales pitch Ive ever seen including calling a former client and putting them on speaker phone to testify as to how great the company is. It sounded like someone from the company pretending they were a customer.After his sales pitch I told him Id think about it and his entire demeanor flipped and he became upset and unprofessional and started moping around my house trying to guilt trip **** told the tech at least 20 times that I had to be somewhere and couldnt go past the hour window and ended up being late because he wouldnt leave.Awful experience!!

            The salesman showed up to homeowners house for an estimate that home owner had requested. The home owner had been told that we would be there for 60 to 90 minutes to go over system and present estimate. The salesman did used to be a tech years ago. Currently he is our top professional salesman with no complaints.

      Peak home performance uses deceptive marketing techniques to sell diagnostics, without providing anything in return. Peak home performance regularly charges customers $140 for a diagnostic to later tell these customers that the $140 is a trip fee and a diagnostic can cost up to $3000.

      I have a priority service contract and 24x7 emergency service and yet I cannot even get a callback from these people. My three year old HVAC died and I haven't received a callback in two days from these people. I've only been able to speak to someone one time and I never heard back from a ************ fraud.

      We were informed Peak Home Performance bought out ************************ and would honor the contracts and agreements. We had damage during a repair the day before the sale. Assured the issue would be corrected. After nearly 3 weeks, **** is now claiming SOCO went out of business. Yet, Peak has and is using SOCO phone numbers, employees, customer data, scheduling, etc. and they are NOT honoring the repair. We had routine maintenance scheduled and confirmed by text oddly from both companies. No one arrived. I called after the service window and was told they technician had to leave. Don't do business with this company.

      Peak Home Performance is awful! Over a year later and still not permitted! Every time different story, different excuse! THEY HAVE MADE A MESS OF MY HOME! I only trusted them because I was approached while shopping at *********** By a ********** employee. A store employee goes around and gets your phone number and sets up a appointment. Little did I know it was just a way to promote and get business. Nothing to do with *********** But they allow them to promote and use their employees to work out of the store and send you to a nightmare!

      A negative star for PEAK HOME PERFORMANCE and ******************* would be too generous. What follows has been dragging on for 8 months.In Aug of 21 I approached ********** (HD) seeking a competent contractor to install a garage furnace. I went to ********** assuming that I would receive a higher level of competence and consumer protection should workmanship or product quality issues arise. ********** lined me up with Peak Home Performance of ****************. Displays of incompetence and 3rd world workmanship issues were obvious from day 1. PEAK HOME PERFORMANCE made 4 or 5 subsequent visits to my home after the install. ******* Regional County failed the inspection an equal number of times for code violations and shoddy workmanship. PEAK HOME PERFORMANCE installed the furnace out of compliance with NPFA (National Fire Protection Act) standards. PEAK HOME PERFORMANCE advised me to operate a furnace knowing of the failed inspections, knowing it was not permitted and was a fire hazard. PHP withheld this information from me putting the lives of my family and property at risk. PEAK HOME PERFORMANCE misrepresented the status and completion of their work and took my money. In 3/22, an El Paso County Building inspector arrived at my home to inspect and approve the installation of a new home furnace. He asked which furnace he was inspecting as there were two open furnace permits. It was on this date and by a county inspector, 8 months after PEAK HOME PERFORMANCE left my home that I became that the furnace in my garage was operating without a permit and failed inspections. The inspector further stated that the garage heater was a fire hazard and not to be used. Witness present. PEAK HOME PERFORMANCE has scheduled appointments and then canceled at the last moment. PHP has altered electronic documents and forged my signature.
