I bought the ring just about over 6 months ago. The company sent it and I sent it back for a refund. They refuse to refund my money when I have dont have the product in hand and was sent back to them. I demand a refund.Business response

Hello,
It is my understanding that we sent you the product and you said you did not receive it, even after your tracking number shows that it was delivered to your house. We took your word for it and sent you another ring. Once you received it, you sent it back to ** because you no longer wanted it. Can you provide the tracking number you sent it back with? As of right now, we have not received the product. Once we get it, we are happy to refund you. As of now, we have sent you two rings and have not seen either one come back to **.

I sent the ring back with **** and never got the first one. Obviously its **** problem cause I return to sender and never got the first one to begin with. I saw the carrier pick up my return to sender so **** theives cause I have no rings in my property. Whatsoever!
