I was storing my camper at this location for over a year and it was bought out by Bailey Land Solutions LLC. The lot is on **** Dusty *** I didn't recieve an invoice to pay and continued to try to contact the previous owner to get an invoice and pay. He notified me that he sold the lot. I went into the building and let them know I was not getting invoices and i needed to pay. They said they would check into it and get back to me. I left my name, number and parking space. The woman was friendly and kind. Today I got a call from the police department about my trailer sitting outside the lot on a public street and that the storage place called it in. Officer **** let me know that when it was called it the storage place reporting that they didn't know who's it was and they wanted it gone. They did not admit to putting it there. I found another location to store and someone to move it as, due to being in a domestically violent relationship I had to move out of state. I was planning on moving the camper when the weather settled. I called the number the police gave me to clarify what happened. The owner called back anger that I would be mad at all. She continued to talk over me and how she can remove any property off of her land. She said she tried to reach me but also that she didn't have a number or email. She also said that I walked in demanding an invoice and stating that I wasn't gonna pay unless I had one and that this was on video. When I challenged it but I know that wasn't what I said, she said that it was my word against her employees. She was so agressive and I kept letting her know that I didn't appriciate her attitude. She said that it was my fault because I didn't come in at the begining of the month, that it was my fault that I didn't leave any informantion and that it was my fault that they didn't have my lease from the earlier owner. So buyer beware. Your expensive property can end up outside the fence without being notified. They are not an honest company. I could work with what she did however, her inability to speak like an adult prevented any professionalism to happen.
