So, we bought a house from Tralon homes July 26th of 2022. Geogreen was contracted to do our landscaping, we paid ****** paid them because we wrote a check at closing. They kept giving us the run around last year saying they didnt have the product, here we are a year later and they told our *************** ***** and ***** they would have the product the week after Mothers Day, then it was the end of May, then it was the first week of June here we are in July almost a year ago on the **** still trying to get our product. I left them one star reviews on their platforms and was blocked, then their social media person and accountant started harassing me on ******** because I comment on their ******** page about our honest experience. Now they are claiming they do dont get paid when they are still completing landscape jobs for other new builds that were just finished this month. Why are they completing jobs for a company they claim arent paying in full? I have photo proof of the harassment and the new builds that just were completed both by ****** and Geogreen. Their social media people claim its not their problem and I refuse to pay them again for trees when that is what their account said we needed to do to get it resolved because we arent the customer ****** is their customer but they still received my money in July of last year as soon as my check cleared with ******.Business response

Good afternoon, ***************** is not and never has been a direct customer of ours. We are contracted by Tralon Homes and are in agreement with them that all trees in their community were being started this week. Any complaints or concerns are to be taken to them since the Garners purchased through them. We would never charge a home owner for replacing a tree or shrub unless they hire us directly for a seperate landscape job that does not include thier frontyard. That is provided by the builder. We tried several times to have Mrs. ************ call us directly to either explain to her that all warranties or complaint must be spoken about with Tralon Homes or so that we could find a way to resolve the issue. Instead ***************** went on to tell us she would not call us and threatening to take us to small claims court and have her aquaintances from the news stations investigate us even though she has never contracted our services. For over an hour ***************** went on posting negative comments on every single one of our posts on all of our social media pages. As we would erase them she would continue to repost. Which resulted in us having to block her from our pages. When we did so, a friend of hers started to do the exact same thing as ***************** had done. Our messages to her were to try and resolve the issue that she should have discussed with ****** homes and not with us which resulted in us receiveing the harrassment on her and her friends behalf.Customer response

We have filed with our warranty department and they keep telling our ****** people they are waiting on trees. When I contacted the Geogreen they claim we have not paid ****** so unless we want our trees we have to pay again. When I told them I was not paying again they called me names and said I was not their problem unless I paid them more money. I was told we would have the trees by their owner the week after Mothers Day, then the end of May, then the first week in June. While they went and finished homes that were built and still for sale in august of last year. So why they cant finish contracts that have been paid for a year ago by our builder is beyond me. But new builds by our home builder are still getting their landscaping. I want my trees since they claim they dont have them but are completing jobs for ****** that are not sold yet. So they need to communicate with ****** instead of claiming they dont have trees when they do.Business response

Please note that the issue is being resolved and we are working on installing all of the pending landscaping in the community. Please not that our client is the builder not the homeowner and we have been in communication with the builder regarding installation. As for the ******** conversation we have spoken to our employee and we apologize for any miscommunication as this communication should have not taken place with the homeowner because once again, the client is the builder not the homeowner.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: for not being a customer ever of their business they installed my ***********. Lol ?? Im happy I got the product I paid for even though they claim Im not their customer. They are such a joke it is not funny.
