The end of September, I purchased a range/convection oven from them. The convection feature didn't work. They sent a repairman who said he would order the part. 2 months pass and they finally said they couldn't get the part so they had to replace the appliance. I went to the business to pick out a different range and it was delivered. Range #2 had issues as well and had to be replaced. I got the 3rd range and had more problems including the part to see the controls on the range. I reported also having issues with the stovetop not working properly. That was never fixed. I requested that the original warranty be extended due to all of the problems I have had. February the part to fix the display was replaced. The repairman said he would order the part for the stove top. My warranty expired the end of March and they have not responded to multiple calls and multiple service requests. Getting a refund was denied flat out. My stovetop still does not work properly. It takes 25 minutes or more to boil a pot of water.
