This Complaint is Against Provider ************************* PA. ***** attitude was very Nasty and **** on top of her causing my to wait for her almost an hour and that too was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. When ***** finally came in it seems like she was planted to remove or strip all my original medications that was previously prescribed to me. She doesn't listen to her patients bcuz she's too busy telling us what we need rather than asking us, what's working for us. ***** is a Quack and her attitude is Disgusting. I believe bcuz most her patients are low income or sliding scale individuals so she perhaps look down and misjudge patients from probably her Prejudice views of people. I Would definitely Not recommend Anyone to see ***** or Visit this depressing Peak Vista place. Thank you.Respectfully Yours;Mr. *********************************

I wish I could give negative stars. the amount of things that are bad about this place is endless. EVERY time I need a prescription refill, they give me the wrong one even though I specify. it took months to get in to get labs and they couldnt go over my labs for two months. they are clearly understaffed with too many patients. many times I go days without meds because of their lack of care. please go elsewhere. i feel for some of the people who work here, they can only do so much. but there is a massive management error going on with this place and it borders on the lines of malpractice. no one should worry if they will get their meds or notPeak Vista Community Health Centers Response

This is a horrible place and the people will talk about you and make you job worst. If the manager doesnt like of the favorites dont like you they will do everything in there power to get you fired. The Nurse ********************* at HCIC was the worst she threw a needle a glass bottle at me and when I said something to the manager. I was fired. I wish I could post what she said about me.Review from Ramona C.

They do not care regarding patient Healthcare. I needed just transportation form signature to have my surgery in ****** on the 22 Friday my transportation faxed form and called with no success 4 days prior then was told my doctor was gone for 2 days and just got back and has a full schedule and I was stressed out even went down to the clinic to talk to the front desk they said that the fax was incorrect no I verified was correct then they gave me an email still no response that left me with no transportation for my surgery but thanks to people you don't even know to offer you their time to take me I will find another doctor and leave Peak Vista since they have the worst patient care!Review from Margaret

If I could leave a negative review I would. Took my 87 year old mother to her appointment to be told it was canceled. They said we had canceled it and I know we did NOT. I waited for the director who is NOT the brightest bulb in the bunch and showed multiple proofs that we indeed did NOT cancel the appointment, he said there was nothing he could do and all appointments were full. I called the office and spoke to a supervisor who confirmed that we indeed did NOT cancel the appointment. I do NOT recommend this place for any reason medical or otherwise. Disrespect from the director at the Academy location was all we got.
