Absolutely horrible experience. The staff at Seeger Homes is rude and dismissive. They do not know what the word communication means and they will ignore you for weeks on end. They even ignored us when we brought up safety issues and we are thankful that we were able to fix those safety issues on our own otherwise our house may not still be standing. Bottom line, they treat their customers like garbage.

When **** came in, he wanted to run his project.He priced us against everyone else around, along with even buying factory direct. We were the only ones that could get him financed. The finance company required us to be responsible for the contracting on his project. Meaning, all the construction, scheduling, permits, and money had to run through us.The customer told us upfront that the water well, and the septic was in working order. Once we set up the house, we found that they lied and the water well pump didn't work. Public Health, also said the septic wasn't up to code.We worked with Public Health to get the old septic approved. We then communicated with the customer about an option to update it so they would not need to worry about it later.We had to put a new water well pump in the well to get it to work.On many occasions, we would leave the name and number of how he needed to call to set up accounts, or get warranty work done, and he refused to communicate with the person that is responsible for those issues. He would just keep calling us. The factory finally called him, and confirmed he needed to be talking directly to them.Even after the new septic, and well pump, we came in under our original bid.

Wow, ok this is almost laughable.Lie #1 - They were not the only ones who would finance us, in fact we had financing in progress when we walked in the door at Seeger.Lie #2 - We knew there were questions about the Septic and Well on the front end and we open about it. We then had to find a separate contractor to replace the septic tank because Seegers quote to put a band aide on it was astronomical. Lie 3 - I am looking at their original bid and the final invoice and guess what?! They did not come in under their original bid. So to call us liars and then proceed to say things we can easily prove wrong like I said laughable.Oh and while I didnt start out as controlling, I fully admit I wanted control towards then end and I had very good reasons for that. Id be happy to explain further.
