Excellent service from *** He was prompt in his response in offering me the service from The Loan Store for a Heloc loan. Very thorough in his knowledge of loan applications, professional, and a congenial personality. I would refer him to friends and family without hesitation! When its time for me to downsize from my present home, he will be there to list it/sell with his recommended agent. Wonderful experience! Thank you, ***!

Vic Malone and his team at Peak Seven Mortgage are amazing and extremelyhelpful. I found Vic on ******** and reached out to him 60 days before I moved to ****************. From the first day he's been nothing but extremely helpful in the entire process in helping me secure my loan. My last house I bought, took just shy of 45 days to get my clear to close. This time around with the help of Vic from offer accepted to clear to close took only 10 days!!! When he told me the news I was blown away. Not to mention is extremely proficient in the VA mortgage process. Take my word if you are looking to buy a house, reach out to him or any of his team members. My family had a tough loan with a lot of hurdles. Because of dealing with things like being 1099's instead of W-2s and several other factors I spoke to several other loan officers. Some never even called me back. Others would not give us a pre approval or flat out said we did not have a chance. Peak Seven Mortgage took the time to talk to us. They told us what we would need to do and provide in order to get the loan and we did it. They closed on our home and we could not have been happier. I have referred a lot of people to them now as I can not think of anyone better and that we would trust more. They are the real deal and you really could not go wrong with them.
