      Realized soon after receiving my copy of the sales paperwork for my 2024 Silverado that the ***************** protection had been included after I said I didnt want it. I sent multiple texts/emails to ******* to have it cancelled. By the time the finance department replied, they said it was too late. The finance guy said he would cancel the coverages and the refund would be sent to the bank. Its been 6 months and the bank has not received any refunds.

      Customer signed on 4 different pieces of paper. There isnt a way that that the customer wasnt aware. This comes off as buyers remorse. We wont offer a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: this is not buyers remorse. The only thing I regret is doing business with Daniels Long (***** & *******).

      They lost my truck, putting me in a time crunch to drive back to *****. I signed in a rush and explained to them multiple times that I did not want the tire/wheel protections. All I wanted was the extended warranty. Garden did not have my copies of the paperwork ready when I came in the next morning . By the time they finally emailed me my copies, I then noticed that they did add the tire/wheel coverage. The attached texts show that ******* was talking with ***** and they would cancel the coverage. A follow up phone call to ***** indicated that he was canceling the plans and I would see a deposit on my load account soon.

      Purchased a truck ******* tundra) from Daliels long and noticed a malfunction with parking assist. ******* said they would look into issue. After they could not identify the issue they asked me to take it to a ****** certified dealer. Once the dealer identified the issue being an ECU Daliels long offered to cover only the diagnostic fees with is approximately half the cost to repair leaving me with about $600 as out of pocket expense. I would ask for additional assistance with the expense of this repair as I would expect from paying full retail from a reputable dealer.

      We agreed to pay for the diagnostic at the local ****** dealership. That diagnostic fee was 600. Before we sent the car, we let the customer know that he would be responsible for any findings. In good faith we paid it, since we did not the tools to diagnose the problem. The vehicle was sold as-is with no implied warranties. Unfortunately, we are not able to pay for the repairs.

      Not once did the dealer state they would not fix the issue and only get the diagnosis complete. I am also not asking for dealer to complete the repair I did however purchase a warranty and I would request if the dealer would at least pay for the $99 deductible and allow the warranty company to cover the rest?

      I test drove a truck 17July2023, everything was fine with the truck. The truck was 18K initially and when it was time to sign, they upped the price by 3 thousand dollars now making the price 21 thousand. I explained to them that my approval is for 20 thousand which they knew and they demanded for me to call my bank to get more money, I denied. I asked if they offered military discount and I was told no. They told me they couldnt bring the price down. After an hour of denying other vehicles offered, they finally were able to lower the price back to what it shouldve been. I was told on 17 July 2023, the truck would be ready on 18 July 2023 morning, then which led to it not being ready until 19 July 2023 evening due to it waiting on parts that I was never made aware of. When I went to pick up the truck, I noticed so many things wrong/different about the truck from when I test drove it (completely different driver side mirror that is tinted yellow and shakes, remote start not working anymore, window panel lifts when rolling up windows, flickering screen). I immediately alerted the salesman and he responded hours later stating he would talk to his boss in the morning. The next day, I text him for an update, he responded with Sorry *****. After discounting the truck to get to your approval we dont have any money left to play with. I explained to him that I understand that but this is not the condition the of the truck when he and I test drove it. I am now being ignored.

      We did a 120 point inspection on the truck. The vehicle was sold as is. We do not mind working with customer on the repairs at our employee cost, that he would pay. We can. It control when a vehicle fails mechanically after it is purchased.

      bought a truck from them on 7/8/2022 was told they were going to throw in a 60 mon 60k warranty on it for free, then they charged us $5995.00 for it and didn't send the paperwork for 10 days so we went in to get it and that's when we found out about the charge. they wouldn't give us a refund on it and would honor their word about it being free. all i want is the money back because we didn't want it if we were paying for it. i am never going to shop there again and will tell everyone i know about this experience. The finance guy claimed his copier died so he couldn't give us the paperwork that day and made us wait past the 3 day return policy so we couldnt get our money back.

      We have gone over ALL of the paperwork and the over 50 signatures on all documents. The customer had plenty of time to decline. We are an upstanding dealer group that would never take advantage or promise a free warranty. Customer was happy after they came back and was shown all of the benefits. The son is overzealous and should have been at the dealership with parents during the sale.

      I was with him and the loan manager told both of us it would be free. And he never gave us out copies if the paperwork. Also he was not happy when he left there he was just shocked that you *** would take advantage of him, he said you made him feel stupid cause he trusted you guys when you were all lying thats why he asked me to report to the bbb and ftc.We were told that there is a 3 day period we could return the truck if anything changed we didn't get to see any paperwork for 10 days so there was no way to return within the 3 day grave period. Also we have filed a claim with the ftc for fraud. We just want what your loan manager offered which was the **** extended warranty free. We just wanted our money back but since you refuse to hold to your word we are forced to do this. The ftc has been notified of this and I hope they shut you down.

      February 23, 2022I purchased a 2018 Tahoe and had over 5 issues before I got it home the day that I bought it, its almost an hour drive one way. Second set of keys had gunk in them, driver window wouldnt work, no cover on the visor, dvd player not working, and a rubbing noise coming from under the carriage. I called and reported all of the same day and am now being told its going to cost me $2,000 to fix leaking struts that were like that before I bought it. It is extremely dangerous to let someone drive a vehicle, that I use to take my kids to school with, with leaking struts. Yes, I took it on a test drive but the sound wasnt noticeable until my window wouldnt work and I had to open the door at the drive thru. Just be careful, I have tried calling to get help but just get pushed into the GMs voicemail. They have my vehicle right now and I cant get ahold of anyone to help me.

      Saturday, November 27, 2021 - Daniels Long Sales Agent asked us to come down (3 hours away from our home) to make a purchase on a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500H truck. He told us the truck was ready to be shipped within 2 weeks of November 27th to their dealership from the Michigan plant. They also told us that we had to come down 11/27/21 to sign the paperwork for the rebates. There has been multiple reasons why the truck has not been shipped and we have the texts to show if needed. The ** of the dealership texts me every Wednesdays for updates but they tell us story after story. We have been making payments of $993.78 (amount financed $71,386.51) since January and NO TRUCK! It is now mid March and they still have no answer for us as the customer. How long do we make payments for a truck we never received as of 3/14/22? The disconnect between the dealership to the ** financial department is broken. We spoke to ** executive customer service and the rep was shocked by our experience. The case number #9-72065408212. She is finding someone above her to continue support for us in the purchase we are still waiting for. We are reaching out to see if the BBB can reach out to ** **************** to help us find resolution to our purchase.The D.L. dealership has told us that we could void our contract and keep our current truck that they paid off and we traded for the truck we are still waiting for. That is very frustrating to hear from them as we are committed to the contract we signed for the truck and have already made 4 months of payments on because we did not want to default on a contract we committed to.       I, ***************************** the ** of Daniels have been in constant contact about the customers concerns. We have spoken once a week about updates. Unfortunately ** is having Covid, microchip, and logistics issues. We have offered several solutions to help the customers. We want them to have their truck. We have agreed to let them out of the deal and reinstate their current loan. We would love to deliver a truck to them, but unfortunately ** is not cooperating. There is nothing else a dealer can do but wait with the customer.

      Dealership said it put product on truck but it was not done. Specifically ceramic coating. Both on interior and exterior of truck. The process takes 3 days and the truck was returned to me in 2 hours. Marks left by myself on specific locations of the truck and was returned with the same marks and no paint correction as specified by the dealership.

      This customer came in and was very rude to myself and my team. We offered to give him a loaner and re apply the ceramic coating to his car. It does not take 3 days to apply Ceramic. The customer also left seat covers on the inside of the vehicle. We should have spoke to him about removing the seat covers. He also stated he will never do business with us again, no matter we did for him. We would like to be done with this customer. We are not going to refund him for the Ceramic, and he is not welcome at the dealership to have the application reapplied.
