March 21, 2022 Had appointment for complete eye exam. *** exam was great and the complaint isnt with the optomologist or assistants doing the testing for the dr. *** complaint is with ****** the lady who handles the glasses and ordering of lenses and etc..I decided to buy my new glasses at this location through ****** and even decided to buy new prescription sunglasses through them as well. When we discussed the new frames, prescription lenses, new prescription sunglasses and i also wanted the lenses in my old glasses to be redone so i would have an extra pair bc my work tends to be hard on them. After we were done discussing EVERYTHING i was quoted over $******* after my insurance was applied which ultimately made the **** over $2000.00. I asked her on several occasions and my girlfriend also asked to make sure that the ******* was covering everything mentiioned above.. We would told yes everything we discussed was in the amount we were quoted and even before i handed her my credit card i verified one more time that it was covering the new pair of glasses and sunglasses and the lenses in my old frames to be replaced.. I was told yes again and I then paid for the entire amount that day and was told my glasses would be in **** days. Well that turned into almost 3 weeks on my glasses and even longer on the sunglasses and when the new glasses came in i made arrangements to drop my old pair off so they could be sent in to be replaced only for 3 weeks to go by with no return phone call from ****** or any one at this location when trying to acquire on when they would be done. When I finally get ****** on the phone I am then told that NO the lenses for the old glasses was not in the amount of money i paid and that i would have to pay even more bc she never told us that.. Which is a LIE!! She did on several occasions bc i made sure to ask more than once. ***n i was told she was gonna order the new sunglasses bc the ones that i got i do not like them which she was madBusiness response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am happy as long as they follow through completely with the resolution that I discussed on the phone with ****** and ******.
