We have used Serenity Paws on multiple occasions and they have always treated us and our 3 dogs with the utmost respect and professional care. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a top notch pet grooming service. My only advice would be to book well in advance because they book up very quickly!Review from LESLIE S

Had a bad experience with groomer. I questioned why company had decided to go to a members only ******** didn't understand why the membership was needed. I posted a review on Yelp the next day. I received a response 4 weeks later. The company has slandered my name by stating I threatened them with bodily harm. They have assassinated my character. When this happened no one bothered to hearmy side. Instead choosing to make up lies and post them using my full legal name

We have contacted a lawyer to address *********************** after her behavior in ********* and publicly stating we are racist. We did also try to reach out to her because we understand she has had some trauma in her life and we tried to resolve the issue with her cordially, however she is a very angry person and was mad that we reached out. Serenity Paws is a joke and I'm ashamed I ever gave them business. My cat had an appointment there and the whole service left a bad taste in my mouth. The place was obviously disorganized and they were obviously overbooked. We waited for check in for about 15 minutes, and during this time I could hear confusion and the staff getting yelled at in the back. It did not seem like anyone cared about the lobby full of clients. I dropped off my cat at the latest appointment time, expecting her only to be there for an hour or so. She was there for 2-3 hours without any warning. She didn't get the service I requested and the groomer, Katie cut corners because she overbooked herself and wanted to leave. It was obvious to me that she does not do grooming for the love of animals but for the love of profit. Me and my pets will never be back. I've heard terrible things about how she runs her business as well. Very shady things going on and I pray for anyone who's involved here.Serenity Paws Response

We can not find this client in the system under any current services. This is a very sad review as we have been in business for 20 years and it seems like a very dishonest spiteful complaint. No records could be found and if they have their records or last name the file is under that would help us respond in a way that may help both of us. We try to run an extremely compliant company with sincere ethics that go above and beyond PACFA requirements. We take this very seriously, so if there is more information on this person and their pet it would be extremely helpful.Serenity Paws Response

We do NOT allow late appointment times for cats which make this review even more suspicious.
