Rooter town scoped and added clean outs the second weekend of February. In the contract it says they would Hydro jet my line, backfill, bedding, hauling away etc. The did NOT hydro jet the lines, left a gaping hole in my yard, left edging laying around and left piles of dirt. They say they will send crews out but only when I call and ask for management. There is an extra clean out cap which might not be attached. I have to hire a landscaper now to clean it all up. They are not giving me a timeline for this crew to come out and leaving this unfinished.

On 8/17/22, Rooter Town Plumbers came to my home to clear drain. While there they stated they were unable to use access under the house so had to charge $350. Told him ok if it meant clearing drain. Went through roof, min. later told me I needed to have camera insp. Additional cost of $295. Being a young first time homeowner, having no experience dealing with any company or home issues, I told him only if neccesary. Continually he assured me it was. After camera scope, was told they would need a additional $6000 to dig up the front yard. Told him no, I dont have $6000. 5 min. later the price dropped to $4000. Told him no, I dont have it. He said if I signed the contract right then they would offer 0% interest for 1 year. I grew more and more skeptical and called the additional home owner for advice. Was adviced by her to ask to see the camera image that was just taken and a copy of it since I already paid for it. Also not to sign anything or allow further work. At that time, asked to see images and a copy of video. He was unable to give it to me and proceeded to hound me about signing the contract even after I said no numerous times. He finally left but not before him continuing to tell me what a mistake I was making for not taking the deal. The shared home owner was given permission to call the company in my behalf to request there to be a refund for the camera scope that was never recieved or viewed, along with the possibility of having the advertized $55 dollar discount they offered for any service. I gave her permission do to my inexperience. After her calling several times on Aug. 19 leaving detailed messages with thier secretary and asking for a call back from management. She called one last time and stated if not resolved it would be reported. Management finally spoke with her and said it would be resolved next day. It was not. Video should have been given at time of service. Would be impossible to verify video now. Refund request of $295plus $55special

I gave Rooter Town $535 total from two checks.#**** in the amount of $345 and check #**** in the amount of $190.The first plumber at Rooter Town came out and said that he drilled to 100' and found nothing and said I need camera exploration for additional $250 to see what the problem is. I questioned If he went to 100' because it took him 5 minutes to reel the snakeline back in. The clog is always at 100'. They were running a special for $95 and with prepayment of the camera, I made the check out to $345.I called to cancel that order and requested instead to clean the drain once more for another $95. The second plumber said for an hour's more time they can try but something was blocking the drain. Second plumber says on receipt he couldn't pass 70' to 80' and that the city came to clean the sewer at the same time and it was nothing clogged at their end and that I would need to dig up ny driveway and possibly part of the street for $6 to $10 grand. He said he tore up check #**** but didn't give it back to me and to wtite him another for $190 (#****). I called another company and asked them to please drill to 100' and within 20 minutes the drain was unclogged at 100'. I would like my original checks #**** and #**** back. I will split the difference with them for $95 for their time even though they are disappointing $95 + $95 for each attempt). They kept calling me ***** and ***** on the phone. My name isn't that difficult to recall.
