I struggled for 2 years trying to figure out how I could afford to retire and still be able to make my mortgage payments. I finally called ***** to see what I could do. He was at my house 2 days later and gave me all the details on a reverse mortgage. He covered all the details on what we needed to do, answered all my questions and took care of scheduling all the other details. Needless to say he took all my worries away and five weeks later the loan was finalized and the money was in my account. Now I'm looking forward to retiring soon and still having enough money that I can do some needed repairs on my house. From the get go ***** was honest, knowledgeable, patient, professional and super sensitive to our specific needs.His loan partner ******* was so delightful on the phone and walked us old folksthrough the unfamiliar and potentially daunting process of signing documents online. This was my first reverse transaction that I have ever worked with and I truly did not know what to expect. I know reverse mortgages are not the easiest to do but this wasn't in my wheelhouse. I was able to partner with ***** one of our C2 Reverse specialist to take care of a wonderful client on Molokai ******. ****** folks need a special kind of care and typically are more skeptical of folks they are not familiar with from the mainland. ***** was patient, kind, knowledgeable and provided thorough follow up and updates. He made my client feel secure, heard and cared for in the process. She was extremely happy! ***** made me look good and I am grateful for such a wonderful colleague and partner.
