This company has changed management in the past couple years. When I worked with them in the past, they did a great job on roofing and stucco. However, since the change in management, I have experienced major issues detailed below. My property manager has stopped using JRB after they changed management In July 2016, many houses in **************** were damaged in a major hail storm. My property manager contracted JRB Enterprises to paint the entire house and that job was completed on 09 May 2017 with a 5-year warranty. On 18 October 2021, approximately four years and five months later, my property manager emailed me with pictures showing the paint job on the house had failed including the siding taking on moisture, paint flaking off on almost all of the siding, and nails popping out of the house. That same day I contacted JRB about the damage so they could accomplish the warranty work since it was still under warranty. JRB had the subcontractor who painted the house go out and look at it and he was stumped why the paint was failing: The reason I said I have no idea why the paint is doing that is because I truly don't. He also admitted the insurance didnt pay for them to apply a peel bond primer to the siding to keep moisture from getting in, so one was never applied in 2017. JRB also had the paint manufacturer (PPG) take a look at some pictures of the house and they claimed the siding was failing and their paint wasnt at fault. I have pictures taken by JRB in 2016 showing that the siding was not failing. Also, JRB pressure-washed the siding before they painted the house, so if the siding had truly been failing before the paint job, it would have disintegrated under the force of the pressure washing. I argued back and forth with ****** from JRB, and after about three months he finally said he would honor the warranty. They went out and did a half-hearted, horrible job and the house looks like a zebra. ****** cussed out me and my property manager to the tenants.

It was unfortunate to read this review as we always try and strive to do our best when if comes to our profession. 1st correction is we have not changed management , we are the same team less one project manager who retired . We do offer a 5 year workmanship warranty on our roof replacements the day the contract is signed , in this circumstance the contract was signed on 09/16/2016. We got the call from client on Oct 18, 2021 stating his paint was failing on the house and the siding was taking on moisture. We did go look at it and had a Certified Field Technician take some of the paint samples to assess what the issue is. His response letter stated the product did appear to have adequate adhesion to the siding . That being said we contacted the original painter who said he would fix it and needless to say he did a terrible job. We take full responsibility noting we're only as good as our providers and trusted he would do a good job. That didn't happen. We then got another reputable painter to fix the damage , he also hauled away some rotten fencing and debris for the tenants who have been wonderful during this process .

I was contacted by ***** from JRB who was extremely apologetic and wanted to make things right. I just saw the pictures of the completed paint project and the house is back to normal and in good condition. I appreciate their willingness to do the right thing and fix it. She also informed me they did not change management; instead, the project manager I had previously dealt with had repaired.

Great customer service from the first inspection of our roof shingles to the actual roof shingle replacement. The installation crew were professional and polite, they re-shingled my home in one day, along with cleaning up all material and nails from around the house, driveway and sidewalk.
