Peakview completed a reroof Nov of 2023 and in July we had a big rainstorm. I could hear dripping inside my wall. I have tried calling and emailed and have had no response. When I call the phone listed online and at ******************************** the call forwards to another number and there is no greeting or indication of what company I am calling. I am starting to wonder if they might be going out of business or something.Review from Janice F

Peak View Roofing/represented by ****** (Irish) ******* replaced roofing materials on my home due to hail damage from June 2023. The claim sent to USAA in August 2023 was for *** Timberline AS II/High Impact shingles. The product installed on ******* at ******************* *********** was *** Timberline HD asphalt shingles. The installation took place in late October 2023.This is fraud/false representation by Peak View Roofing for the agreed-upon product never being installed. The cost of the *** high-impact shingle was considerably higher (by 25%) than the *** asphalt shingle installed. Compensation has never been received after communicating with ****** (Irish) ******* monthly via texts.Trust is not in ****** (Irish) ********* vocabulary representing Peak View Roofing, buyer beware!I am a 76-year-old widow of a ******* War veteran.Review from Ron S

**** responded right away returning my initial phone call, came out to the property, provided a verbal estimate on the spot and followed up with the written estimate. Also showed me the different options for roofing material and explained their process of removing the old roof, and their installation of the new roof, what materials would be used and how they would be applied. When I called to schedule an install date, they were most accommodating, showed up as scheduled, and completed the work as discussed. Great experience.

Our project manager, *****************, was great to work with. We needed a new roof and were filing our first insurance claim and **** was very kind and patient in how he sat down and explained the process and the paperwork with us. He took time to walk the roof with the adjuster and was excellent in his followup. When it was time for the work to start, the roofing crew was there on time and made pretty quick work of the installation. The same was true for the crew installing the seamless gutters. They too showed up early and had them installed in one day. When all the work was finished, **** helped us settle things with the insurance company. We highly recommend PeakView Roofing and **** (in particular) if you're ever in need of a new roof, repairs and/or gutters.Peak View Roofing LLC Response

Contacted five companies and out of the five, Peak View Roofing was the only company that took the job seriously and gave me a written estimate. They arrived exactly when they said they would, completed the job swiftly and did an outstanding job!They removed all waste materials and left the area clean! Peak View Roofing did an excellent job of replacing my asphalt shingle roof which had hail damage. ***** went over and above on helping with the insurance company inspection and settlement.
