            After receiving item p49-5746 from them I noticed the connector was a female. The problem with the connector is a male one is needed. For some reason noone seems to have the item with a male connector. Two times they were sent enquiries into returning it. They never responded. Due to this their site form was used in hopes of getting a rma. The problem here is since the item does not have right connector. The item was never installed. Therefore there should not be a restocking fee. When you attempt to return item. A restocking fee is displayed. I do not understand reason is item has wrong connector,, and therefore not installed. For a restocking fee.

            Only ordered parts twice. Both times were unfavorable, hence my only ONE star review !The first time I received defective batteries, and when I returned them for replacement/refund, they claimed, after 2 months they never rec'd them even though it was a return label furnished by them with their correct address !and so, MONSTER wouldn't replace them or offer a refund.Now, 2 weeks ago I ordered a battery box, and they got my address wrong, 188 instead of the correct 1`188 street no. ***** told me there was NO such address and held the pkg. for a week, or more and would not return it to the sender, MONSTER, who had my correct address. ***** said ONLY the sender, not I, could re-direct / correct the address, BUT, ....MONSTER REFUSED to call and redirect the pkg. ! ! Finally after 10 days of disappointment waiting, I somehow rec'd the pkg. ! Now, I need 2 batteries again, but I am afraid of ordering them from MONSTER who TWICE sent me defective batteries ! AND, I'm searching for a company that is more reliable !
