The Beneficent team are tremendous! They guided me thru a very difficult process with patience, great communication and kindness. My mother has been living with me for 7 years and won't be able to do so much longer. With my full time, stressful job, the Beneficient team took the work load off me, allowing me to take care of my mother and my job. I am assured that when it comes time to place her in a quality care facility, she will be taken care of. Their depth of knowledge is amazing in navigating the process. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The people at Beneficent have been a lifesaver for our family! They took on the monumental and seemingly impossible task of working through the governmental paperwork maze. Even after some of the process was handed off to a third party by the State, and they told us that we needed to start over because we had supposedly missed a deadline, Beneficent was able to show that agency that we did NOT have to start over. They are unbelievably knowledgeable about this system and are kind and caring as they guide the family from start to finish through the process. With hard work and perseverance, they were successful in getting Dad qualified so my family can have the peace of mind that Dad will have the resources he needs.

I had a very difficult situation and had contacted three elder law firms and two elder estate planners and couldn't find the answers I needed, but one of the law firms referred me to Beneficent. When I spoke with the owner, *****, about my situation, she laid out a very clear path to achieving my goals with a couple of options. I was quite skeptical and a bit fearful as *****'s plan sounded far too good to be true. After our initial consultation, I looked up the reviews on the Better Business Bureau and read the majority of them, and that was enough to convince me that working with Beneficent was the right choice. It was a very detailed process, and ***, my case manager, provided answers to every one of my questions and addressed every concern throughout the process. *** responded quickly to my myriad emails, and almost every time I called her, she was available to chat. If *** wasn't available and my call was answered by someone else, they always had the answers and didn't have to go **** for them. Both *** and ***** were extremely knowledgeable about every aspect and possible issue that could arise, and were unshakable in their belief that they could successfully navigate the process and meet any challenge that might present itself along the way. They were 100% correct! They made everything happen the way they laid it out from start to finish and I can move forward with an enormous sense of relief and satisfaction, knowing that everything was done thoroughly, correctly, and with integrity. I highly recommend working with Beneficent!

Hire Beneficent! From the moment I spoke with *****, I knew I needed their expertise to navigate this incredibly complex process. *** was assigned to help me and she was a lifesaver. She was always available to answer my questions, to explain to me what was going on in laymans terms, and walked with me hand and hand even after my loved one passed. My loved one did not have much money and the situation was very complex with bumps (sometimes what seemed like craters) in the road that Beneficent handled with ease and most importantly to me, COMPASSION!
