OUTSTANDING!!! We had Nationwide do a residing job on our house with that Western extreme siding. **** and his brother were the only guys on the crew or this particular job because of miscellaneous health problems with their employees. They took a while as I have a pretty complicated house but they were consistent and steady in their work. It turned out amazing and I get comments almost every day. They even had to come back out to repair the siding shortly after it was installed because the plumber making the emergency boiler replacement messed it all up drilling for the exhaust piping. Not a comment or complaint from ****. He just had his guys show up and fix it!! If I were to need another repair, I'm confident that the response would be exactly the same!! I really hope hat I'm finished doing things to this home but if I'm not then I would not hesitate to call **** again.

****************************** ******** January 20, 2023. we had nationwide builders reside our home and put all new windows in about 2 (two ) years ago. we have been so happy with what they did. We also had a bay window done . It opens easily and no air gets in .. we were very happy with the work they did and when they said they would be here they were . we have told other people about this company and recommended them to do work on there house. Nationwide Builders installed new siding on our home in the summer of 2022 and we are extremely pleased with the results.They were informative and helpful in the planning process, and were very professional during the installation. We always knew when they were coming and they kept us informed of schedule changes when delays occurred. We were having supply chain issues with the windows we had ordered from somewhere else and they were able to add new windows to our contract and have them delivered in time to match the siding schedule.We love the way our house looks now and let everyone in our neighborhood know exactly who did the work on our previously embarrassingly ugly house! In August, 2022 I responded to an ad in the local paper for siding made for high altitude, intense sun conditions. As a new, unexpected widow living in a 43 year old module I knew I needed help to preserve my house's integrity. I am so glad I called the number. ****, the owner of Nationwide Builders, came to my house, closely observed the needed repairs, explained them all to myself and my daughter and son-in-law and set a date for the work to begin within 2 weeks. The crew that came was the same one throughout the project. They talked with me, explaining and answering questions made by a fairly ignorant widow in a kind, non-patronizing way. They were very considerate of my land, cleaning up completely when the work was done. Having 4 dogs in the yard made it a challenge for them but they never complained. I am very satisfied with the appearance of the house. I even have people walking past that congratulate me on how nice it looks! **** came to look at the completed project to be sure everything was to my liking. He was very patient with my grief-fogged brain when it came to forgetfulness of transferring money from saving to checking to cover the down payment. In every way, he and his crew were professional, responsible and respectful. I have no misgivings at giving them a 5 star rating.

This is the absolute worst contractors we have ever dealt with. We hired them some time ago, probably 15 years or so. The windows should have at the very least lasted us 20 years, at the very least. We had an issue with our bay window that we had them do for us from the very beginning. They came out and looked at it and said nothing was wrong with it, all the while we could feel a major draft from the window. We were naive and didn't know what ********** statue of limitations was, had we known sooner, we definitely would have sued. We are looking at hiring a window contractor to replace this shotty window that Nationwide installed and the contractor we are hiring said that they have never seen such a crappy job in all their years. This new job is going to cost us $15k, but at least we'll finally have a window that doesn't leak and freeze us out all winter long. Use extreme caution when considering hiring Nationwide Builders! We wholeheartedly regret hiring them!

This is a response to the review ****** G. left on 12/23/2022.  The review is for work my company, Nationwide Builders and Contractors, did for her over 20 years ago in 8/2002. 

The installation of a bay window was one part of the overall contract we performed for her.  During the installation of this contract ****** asked if we could check the bay window for an air leak which we did and alleviated her concern before the completion of the contract.  Once the contract was complete ****** and her husband signed a completion certificate stating that they were satisfied with the products installed and workmanship performed.

I was not contacted by ****** from 8/2002 till 10/2009, at which point ****** asked me and my company to perform more work to her home which I did.  During the performance of the 2009 contract, which was a different scope of work than the 2002 contract, ****** never communicated any concerns to me in regards to the bay window that was installed in 2002.  At the completion of the 2009 contract ****** and her husband once again signed a completion certificated stating that they were satisfied with the products installed and workmanship performed.  The 2009 contract was completed in 11/2009.

****** has not tried to communicate with me since we completed the second contract in 11/2009.
My office phone number, (which is answered 24 hours a day 7 days a week), my cell phone, my email address, and my physical address have not changed. 

The only reason I was aware of ******’s current review on 12/23/2022 of work my company performed 20 years ago in 8/2002 for her is that the BBB sent an email notification on 12/24/2022 of a new review. 

I have strived for the 31 years I have been in business to treat my customer’s the correct way, proof of this is the lack of complaints or negative reviews my company has.
