They are charging me services that were not checked with my dental insurance, so therefore I am charged $862.00. ************** does not accept my insurance with Aetna. I did not know that it was the responsbility of the office to see what was covered. ******** covered my mount piece which costs $9,000.00. They brought me back in for xrays and cleanings but I was not covered. I would have found another dentist that covered me. This happened in 2021 and 2022, I finally received a bill 2 weeks ago in February 2023 after I received many calls to pay my bill however, I had not received a bill until I asked for it. I was also charged 5 interest payments from $23.00 - $25.00 bringing my bill to $862.00. They only cared about what ******** would cover for my mouth piece which is an appliance that I cannot wear due to gaging reflex, I cannot wear the $9,000 mouth piece. This dentist does not care about the customer at all, only how much money he can make. I would have gone to another dentist in **************** as there are many. Why did it take almost 2 years for me to get a bill? There is something wrong here. Worst dentist I have ever been to. He needs to be investigated for bad practices. I wouldn't give him this 1 star but I have no choice I couldn't send this without choosing a star rating.
