I ordered a hot tub cover. The delivery arrived damaged. The driver and I noticed the damage through the damaged box. I called clearwater yo notify them. They said they were not able to do anything about it cause they didn't have any record of damage. That's why I was calling. I never received the cover, or a refund for the hot tub cover. They just continued requesting more and more until time passes.Initial Complaint

In March of 2020 we purchased a Passion swim spa/hot tub combo from Clearwater Spa. Paid the $21,000.00 cashiers check. The 19ft tub was delivered and set on our concrete slab without side panels. Was told side panels will be delivered after calling several times the side panels were delivered and installed in Dec 2020. In March of 2021 the Hot tub side would not stay on. We called the company they sent out and employee to fix it. He came out said it was the ************ of the hot tub tripping the breaker. In August of 2020 after several calls and visits to the store they said they finally have the new motherboard. They came out replaced it. That did not fix the problem so talking to one of the employees he spoke to the manufacturer trying to find a solution. They then thought it was a heater. So replaced the heater. Still did not fix the problem. Now I have emailed the company several times called the company left messages they are not responding to my emails or my phone calls. The last time I spoke to someone they were talking about refunding us our money which is fine with us. But now nobody answers or calls back. I have reached out to the manufacturer and theyve sent an email adding me in case of a response. But they havent returned the email to the company either. So weve been without our hot tub for 1 year in March with no help for anything to resolve the problem.Initial Complaint

I bought a new jacuzzi in February 2021 and it was delivered in July 2021. The jacuzzi had scratched panels and worn pillows. I posted my frustration on ******** with Clearwater in August 2021 and the owner Benji asked me to take it down and he would get it fixed. ClearWater Spas came out in November and had the wrong panels and pillows. I asked for an update on the new parts from ****** 3 weeks ago and he said he had no update. It is going on 6 months with no resolution, no update and the owner Benji has failed to fulfil his agreement. Ordered a spa in October 2020. We were told two weeks for delivery. We did not receive the spa until early March 2021. Since that time the spa has been leaking. We have asked repeatedly for someone to come service, but the parts have never come and the spa is still leaking. Someone has been out 4 times to my memory with nothing fixed but a touchpad. When we call for update the parts have not been ordered. In early August a technician showed up to again diagnose and gave us a letter asking us to sign a nondisclosure agreement and remove our online reviews. It is costing money in water, chemical, and power to reheat the water every couple of days. Today the service man showed up with an incorrect part. Two of three leaks were fixed today. They third, and most well documented, remains unfixed. My husband called the owner of the company today and was told he will not allow return, nor will he warranty the spa any longer, due to my vocal reviews of their business practices.
