500$ paid on November 8th 2023, I sent them a car part for repairs and they had it for 2 months with very little communication and no success. I returned the part for another, per the companies warranty, with no success still. At that point they seemed willing to work with me on a a third part, but still no progress as weeks went on. Finally I canceled the order and requested a refund and my original part back. They have only answered the phone one, maybe two times in the two months since. They either blatantly dont answer the phone or make excuses for why things arent handled. Ive been nothing but respectful and patient this whole time but I need that refund urgently.Initial Complaint

In June 2023 I ordered a new computer for a vehicle ($1,000) but received a used, non-functioning one. I sent it back on July 3rd but they never refunded the money. They blocked my phone number so I used someone elses and they answered one time stating they were moving locations and would get back with me. Never could get in touch again in the last five months. **** Tracking # ********************** shows it was received July 7th.Initial Complaint

***************** AUTO AND LIGHT TRUCK IS MY BUISNESS.WE ORDERED A REBUILT COMPUTER FOR A 2012 VW,ORDER NUMBER **************.RECIEVED IT (TOOK MUCH LONGER THEN PROMISED) AND WE NOW COME UP WITH TOTTALY DIFFERENT CODE.CALLED THEM *************),WHERE TOLD THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO,SEND IT BACK,WHEN THEY GET IT THEY WILL SEND BACK IN 2 DAYS.IT HAS BEEN 6WKS,TRIED CALLING,EMAILING,NO RESPONCE.WE AND THE CUSTOMER ARE NEEDING A RESPONCE.
