This Title company is very unprofessional and shady. They knowingly sold and transferred a title that had an outstanding lien due by *********************** and *********************. These shady clowns cannot be trusted by any means. They initially reach out to settle the lien and then went back on their word and transferred the title anyways without setting the outstanding lien. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!

*******************, acting on behalf of Dr. ****** Landscaping (Dr. ******), recorded a Notice of Lis Pendens in the county records purporting to affect a property,the purchase and sale of which was handled by Core Title. A Notice of Lis Pendens is not a lien; it is notice of a lawsuit that *** affect real property.
Dr.****** Landscaping did not file a lawsuit. Therefore, the notice was ineffectual.
Core Title does not negotiate or settle disputes involving transaction principals and third parties. Nor would it be authorized to make a discretionary disbursement on behalf of a transaction principal without that persons specific authorization.We further believe that posting a negative review in a public forum is a veiled attempt to coerce Core Title either to pay an alleged debt or act as a collection agent. We will do neither. Dr. ****** dispute is not with us.

Core Title's work on our closing was not professional. When confronted with their mistakes and their lack of professionalism, they denied responsibility and deflected blame. The result complicated a closing and cost us time and money. I would not recommend using this company.Core Title Group LLC Response

Because of a funding issue, a transaction that was scheduled to close on a Friday was delayed until the following Monday. The funding issue involved a wire that was sent to Core Title from the customers lender. The lender sent the wire with no transaction identifying information e.g., the file to which it related, the customers name or the subject property address. Additionally, the wire identified the sender as Core Title.
Core receives and processes hundreds of wires each month. Of those, a very small number are sent in error or are sent with no identifying information. Striking a balance between promptly rejecting or returning a wire that was sent in error and holding onto the funds that will eventually be paired with a file is a challenge. In this case,given the totality of circumstances, **** believes the decision to return the wire was sound, even though as it turns out, the funds were not sent in error.
