I originally called Better Plumber in Oct of 2022. They came out, performed the requested work. Signed the paperwork for pricing believing, in good faith, they had performed the job correctly. They did not! When I turned on my sprinklers, water was spewing everywhere! Tried calling Better Plumber back. Manager was supposed to call but never received a call back. Told them that I would not be paying the balance due if I didn't receive a call back. Next thing I knew, I get a bill, which was submitted by Absolute, because they took over Better Plumber. Recieved bill for MORE than original contract!!! Called Absolute and spoke with ************* and ****. Both who were very arrogant and wouldn't work with me! Hope this company follows suite with Better Plumber because their business practice is sooo WRONG! You didn't work for the money in the first place but by God, they want to collect every dime possible!! What BAD business!! Hoping KARMA visits soon!!!

Problem after problem with Absolute Electrical. I booked an appointment to have a light fixture taken down and another installed. Absolute Electric cancelled the appointment due to lack of employees. Installation was time sensitive and Absolute Electrical was aware. ********** was taken down and another re-installed, which took 35 minutes. We were charged $938 for this service, and noted on the invoice that it was an "extemely dangerous job" due to the high ceilings and ******* were required. Note that nothing was mentioned during the booking process and ceiling height was submitted on my inquiry to the Absolute Electrical. Also note that when we had the lights switched and installed by one electrician from another company that did the job for a fee of $180 approximately a year ago.I called shortly after receiving the invoice to inquire if it was a typo due to the almost $1000 charge. The lady I spoke with, ******, agreed to adjust the price to $180, which as noted, is what we paid to have the light fixture switched out approximately a year ago.My husband had paid the original fee of $938 for a 30 minute job with a check. He called and paid the $180 over the phone with a card and explained that the check needed to be destroyed to Alauna.This morning, 3 days later, I checked our account and I see that the $180 charge came out of our account and that Absolute Electrical also cashed the check for $938.I immediately contacted ****** and was told that since the check had been cashed the day of service, they would have to issue a refund check. Note that I texted and spoke with her on the day of service approximately 1 hr following receipt of the invoice, so not sure how the check would have been taken to the bank and cashed immediately after the job was complete. That conversation took place on Tuesday and it is Saturday and we have not received a refund check.

******************************* did a great job of getting my furnace back in working order after it shut down on one cold morning as it got a little cool inside the house. ****** took the time to explain to me the inner workings of my furnace and pointed out a part that needed replacement (a pressure switch) due to **************** build up. After 10 days the furnace has been working great with no problems. In late March & early April it is still cold outside. ****** came here on time & was professional through the whole time here. When his work was done, couldn't tell that he had been here.

My AC stopped working on June 10 while the outside temperatures reached the 90s for the entire weekend. I waiting June 13 to call a contractor to fix my AC. Absolute Technicians, *** and **** came to my house the same day. They told me that the repairs needed: 2 blower motors (1 for furnace), ** condenser and hard start wiring kit. I told *** that I needed the ** fixed. I didn't know the cost until after the **** returned with the replacement parts. All the while *** was entering data into his ipad and it was then that I was told the total of the ************* was $3,100!!!! I thought that was the cost of repairs for an ** so I had to apply for a 6 month no credit short term loan. I later discovered that I was also charged a membership fee of $329 for what I do not know. I was at a disadvantage because I have no HV** knowledge and I had been without ** for 3 1/2 days. I contacted another HV** contractor who furnished me a second opinion, I discovered that Absolute Electrical Heating and Air had charged me almost 3 times the amount of the parts/labor that was necessary to fix my **. $1,100-1200 I left 3 messages in 3 days for the Service Manager *****, but never received a call back from him. However, an employee named ****** eventually called me back. I asked for a detailed itemized invoice and she indicated that she could not furnish it because they only break out the repair/labor involved in a particular service. I asked her what their hourly rate was and she indicated that they don't have a set rate. I told her that Absolute had exorbitantly overcharged/gouged their prices and labor and that I would only pay a fair amount for the work that was performed. She offered to remove the membership fee of $329 plus $100 which leave $2,671 owed. This was not acceptable Absolute Electrical Heating and Air completely took advantage of the rising costs of services/goods and of me by gouging their prices for a grand profit DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!
