      It has been over 25 days since the company installed my garage doors. From day one I have been asking them to fix the bottom that is showing light through. They are blaming their defective workmanship on the concrete being not level. My 27 year old garage door did not have a gaping hole at the bottom! Now, manager *************************, wants me to pay extra to fix the issue. He said i need an upgrade not a fixing. Dont be fooled by their enticing website and write-up. Stay away from this company!! Bad customer service! The companys install warranty means nothing, as they dont abide by it.

      We have Before And After Pictures Showing Gaps Before We Came Out. Additionally, We Have Pictures That The Customer Provided Showing a Level That Is ***** degrees out of level. This is creating a gap. The Garage door Comes With 3 Bottom Rubber. 5 Bottom Rubber Is An Upgrade That Cost Us More Money and Takes The Technician More Time To Install. We Have Offered A Cost Only Solution.

      Garage door fell off the track and lost a wheel after their repairs in January. Quoted different charges for emergency services last Sunday. The tech that did came out said the spring is not the correct type and they would be out to replace it. Now we have been sent an email from another tech stating the tech that was sent out gave ** inaccurate information about needing to replace our spring. But that he fixed the problem and now we need a new opener. This company seems to be very confused and employees do not seem to be on the same page. I have lost any confidence that my garage door will work correctly if I continue forward with them. Seriously irritating since we already had them work on it a mere 4 months ago. Warranty does not seem to mean very much as they just pick something they didnt talk you into replacing last time as another piece that failed.

      Buyer beware. I've never encountered a company so intolerant of reflection. From the moment I brought up concerns, every person I spoke with started with "YOU did sign the contract" to shut me down. Blame the victim. Unwilling to even consider bad practices occurred when not one of these people was present. I requested repeatedly for a phone call to discuss other details but no one would call me back. Only email. Why such CYA going on? I can assure you, I made the mistake of signing for work based on verbal discussion. I was NEVER shown the contract, when I was handed the tablet, there was only the LINE FOR SIGNATURE. I was told to "finger sign" on the tablet for work to start. I assumed the work was for what we discussed. The first time I saw the contract was after the tech left and sent it in an email. Yes, this was my mistake - trusting when I should not have.Now I understand why the tech kept asking, "Is there anything you want to ask me?" Yup, I was not told the unit I was expecting to get was not the unit installed. Nor was I asked about add-ons that were installed. Or even given a price for them. I should have ended the appointment when the tech asked, "Can you keep a secret?" This is not a case of buyers remorse. This is bad business practices and padding a ****. Had I not at the outset explained how much I had to spend and how my financial situation was rough, this would be easier to take.
