In July 2021, I placed a refundable deposit on a Ford Bronco with Interstate Ford (Brandon P***). In February 2023, after nearly two years, the vehicle arrived and I decided to not accept delivery. The dealership is repeatedly telling me "the check is in the mail." They have changed the story a few times: "I will have the Controller get your deposit in the mail today." - John C*** "F.Y.I the check has been processed.... this takes a little while as Ford corporate took your additional deposit for your initial reservation. Generally they send that to us, but we have to verify that we recieved it before sending out a check. Yes its your money, but these things take a little while, and as you were informed by our GM, he was out of town and he is the one whom ok's and signs all checks. Be on the lookout for your check.... its on the way." - unknown person at dealership I simply want a return of my $500, to which I am entitled.Business response

The GM has been out of town, he had called in to have a check written. The check was forgotten and it was sent out today. The customer waited over 15 days to contact the dealer on weather he was taking delivery of his vehicle, if customer had contacted dealer after the many emails and text messages he would have had his check sooner.
