      Best Infiniti in ********, everyone there is super professional and friendly, their facility is always clean and the snacks and sodas are a plus, almost no other dealer offer this for their guest you are lucky if you get water!

      This dealership has failed to hold up to their legal contact with factory warranties. A car was purchased brand new and i have tried getting the issues fixed since the first week of purchase with the car drifting and pulling consistently to the right creating a constant fight to keep the car driving straight. The dealership will not acknowledge or make repairs on defective parts that has had steering,braking, tire blowouts and tears fuel smells and alignment issues that were noticed the first week of purchase. This dealerships service manager had refused to inspect a cracked rim with the front right tire blowing within a few months after the purchase of the car telling me it was not cracked. without taking it off the car it was not able to be seen since it was on the inside. He then kicked me out of the dealership forcing me on the road in a dangerous car to a nissan dealership for inspection which they are now denying happened. They state they inspected the cracked rim and it was welded. There was never a weld done and they never looked at it. The steering issues were always blamed on road crown. The tires were always blamed on defects but they refuse to inspect them and file a claim with the tire manufactures. The dealerships unethical standards have now cost me close to $10,000 in 36000 miles in repairs and parts trying to fix the issues which still have not been solved. The lower control arm, fuel rails, and spindle knuckle i have purchased and paid installation has only resolved the alignment from being knocked out every week but still is tearing and blowing the right front tire while having uneven wear appearing to be out of alignment. The parts recalled on a newer model for steering issues will be the next parts i will have to pay out of pocket for to see if that fixes these issues which is another $2000 in parts. Rickenbaugh refuses to withhold to their contract or do anything on the car i purchased from them because of the service managers negligence.

      This is completely false. Michelle purchased her Q50 new from our dealership in December of 2018. She has been in for service one time in February of 2020. She came in with obvious damage that was not warrantable. Myself, Mary P*******, and our service manager explained that the damage that was caused was not warrantable, and Mrs. ****** exploded yelling and verbally harassing our employees. She then decided to take to social media to slander our dealership when the damage that was caused was caused by her and the road she was driving on. I personally attempted to resolve the issue for her by picking up her vehicle and offering goodwill to replace the wheel. She was extremely unreasonable and ended up speaking with Mary P*******. She was so rude to Mary that Mary told her that she was not welcome in the dealership because of her harassment towards our employees and her rude behavior. We have not seem her since. I did look at her service history and she has been to both of the other INFINITI dealerships in the state, but not since September of 2020. In June of 2020 a consumer affairs inspection was performed by INFINITI at INFINITI of Denver to verify her complaints. None of her complaints could be verified. We did tell the customer that she is not welcome back in the dealership because of her behavior towards others as it is unbecoming of any person and not acceptable.

      This is very innaccurate information from the dealership. The service manager refused to take off the wheel and inspect it being extremely rude and saying it was not cracked. As my nephew was with me and recalls the exact situation as it happened. Nick p******* was not present at the incident. It seems that service manager has had numerous complaints from consumers about his approach with customer concerns. nick p******* contacted me after i posted a conversation on his dealership as i have all the conversations. Yes i spoke to mary and she was very rude and refused to hold up to the factory warranty on all issues on the car. Recently the service manager stated it was welded and im not sure where he got that information as it was not welded. The steering issue was brought to the dealerships attention the first week of ownership, another infiniti dealership test drove the car and stated it was not suppose to be drifting the way it does but was never offerering to fix it under warranty. While rickenbauh never test drove it and said it was road crown. This has cost me 10k out of pocket when i have a factory warranty. The steering, alignment and braking issue has never been fixed from infiniti as several 3rd party opinions were pointing to defective lower control arm bushings was the cause of the alignment being knocked out every week. Since infiniti refused to replace the parts under warranty i replaced the lower control arm and knuckle which has resolved the issue with the alignment getting knocked out. The steering braking and tears at the rim and causing a blowout on the right front still has not been fixed and infiniti refuses to look or fix this under warranty. The steering and tire issues on these cars have seemed to be a issue since 2016 up to the 2021. Im confused as to where infiniti has stated these same issues have never been brought up when theres consumer complaints and recalls on these issues. Show quoted text
