    04/23/24 We received a call from a rep named ****. He pretended to be an existing client of ours that we were serving and asked to speak to our Sales Manager by name. When asked what the address of the project was we were working on to document, **** stated he was then from GenSales. He was told that our Sales Manager was not in and that we were not interested, he told our *** that the call was important, attempted to get our Sales Manager's direct number and/or when the Sales Manager would be in. The *** offered to take a message and our Sales Manager would reach out if necessary. **** disconnected the call. We feel this false identification to get in touch with our team members to attempt to sell us something is a breach of the ************************ and compliance of Telemarketing Sales Rules. We would like to no longer be contacted by this company in future.

    Before reading this review, please consider that the other 5 star reviews are from employees of this company and at the moment this is the only customer review on the ********************** recently concluded a 3-month contract with GenSales for a calling campaign aimed at setting up appointments with a specific target demographic for our affiliate program. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming, primarily due to communication issues. The few leads provided often did not align with our specified demographic, and sometimes, even included competitors.Despite our readiness to assist with objection handling and provide insights into the target market, there were no significant efforts from GenSales to engage us in review meetings or discussions. This lack of engagement resulted in missed opportunities for campaign refinement and improvement.I've expressed this privately, but only received deflective feedback. It's highly unusual for me to leave negative feedback.We never received any feedback on the objections encountered, a crucial aspect for any campaign's success. The campaign's conclusion was equally unsatisfactory, ending without any wrap-up meeting or final communication. Overall, while the initial concept of the campaign seemed promising, the execution fell short due to poor lead targeting, insufficient communication, and a lack of collaborative effort, leading to a disappointing outcome for our business.

    In fact, based on our "Appointment Tracker" with feedback from the client, there are 13 "Genuine Interest" opportunities and one close in the first campaign.

    We also want to highlight our commitment to continuous improvement. Your feedback has prompted us to take a closer look at our communication processes and lead qualification methods. We are dedicated to enhancing our protocols to ensure more structured, engaging, and effective communication channels with our partners. Moreover, we are refining our lead qualification process to prevent any future discrepancies and to better meet our clients' specific needs.
