This company is reporting negative information in my credit reports, but I have never done business with that. 2022/2023 I was the victim of SSN fraud by a supposedly credit repair company and I cannot figure out if this is related. I have never bothered any money from this company. My attempts to get information and my attempts to dispute have been unsuccessful. Please helpInitial Complaint

I joined Kickoff in May 2023. Made every payment ahead of time. I closed my account in September 2023. They have reported on my credit report that I was 90 days late and closed my account as of December due to no changes in my credit report. My credit score went down 100 points. I was having log in issues for weeks. I couldnt access my account possibly resulting in missed payments. Theres no live CSR to contact only email, which I wasnt able due to not being able to access my account. I also have money in my account that I cannot access. *** been asked to send in my bank statement to verify my account. I uploaded my statement numerous times just to be told my account cannot be verified. So many ppl are having this exact same issues with this company.They are a SCAMBusiness response

The company wrote Ascend ******************** a fraudulent check in my name in the amount of 500 by debit card transfer..
