      I purchased 2 bags of jewelry from this auction and the had them listed as BAG IF JEWELRY including:Necklace, earrings, and rings The second bag said BAG OF WATCH AND RINGS:- Photographed- Clearstone Rings In the pictures you see a Rolex and some rings that appear to have diamonds and/or gold and not one thing in the entire bag is real. Some rings are stamped 18k and theyre not real. I dont want any problems with this company the made a mistake and refused to give me a refund because now quoting we didnt list it as good or genuine in the auction house. Id just like a refund.

      Hello,

      ************** did not voice any concerns to us regarding the purchase of these items.  The descriptions did not indicate that they were of any certain value, or specific grade of jewelry. We never made any guarantee that the watch was an actual Rolex.  We made no indication that the stones in the ring were diamonds. There were no guarantees made in any shape or form as with all of our auctions conducted.  Per his own statement, the description of these items were " Bag of Jewelry".  I am attaching a copy of his receipt showing what we sold as just generic jewelry with no indication of any value whatsoever.  The auction itself was active for 11 days, and during that time we provided full inspection so that any potential buyer could utilize this time to verify what items they were bidding on.  Various potential purchasers contacted us by phone or email to obtain further information which is always encouraged. ************** also did not indicate any issue with his purchase at time of payment. There is a sign immediately in the front doorway that any and all concerns need to be addressed prior to the merchandise leaving the facility. If he had raised a concern at that time, we would have let him out of the sale and resold these items again at a later date. The Party that consigned the items have been paid for the merchandise. Since the items have been removed from our custody, we have no idea as to what the current condition of the jewelry is or if he still has any of it, to be returned for a refund.  As is the policy of this company, once an item has been removed, we offer no refunds which is also fully disclosed.

      Per the terms and conditions of this auction, that ************** agreed prior to bidding;

      "The Auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for actions of its Principals. The Auctioneer shall assume no liability for representations made, or information provided by the Seller."

      The full terms and conditions can be read on our bidding site at: ************************************************************************************;

      This appears to be a case of buyer's remorse because the items were not the value he wanted them to be.  Furthermore, at no time has ************** contacted us to discuss this issue and has purchased from other auctions since this time, without saying a single word about his issue or demand of refund.

      Better Business Bureau:

      The reason I wrote the complaint was because I had called and someone over the phone told me there was nothing that could be done. The one who suggested i contact BBB was the person I had check the stuff out. I wouldnt have sent it in if I knew this would be the result. If theres nothing that can be done its completely fine. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      Sincerely,

      *********************
