This company has had my car since the end of July. I brought it in for a simple transmission rebuild. Since then the company has claimed to find many issues with my car. I agreed to add on the service of fixing my transfer case and paid for it. Every time I spoke with the owner, he claimed he had found some other issue which he did not bring up to me when he first disassembled my car. I told him just to fix what I paid for . He went a while without answering my calls or messages and without giving me updates on my car. He has given me multiple dates on when my car is ready to pick up and when I show up he's not there and wont answer my calls or messages. He always has different excuses as to why my car is not ready. He had a car convention out of town, he was in quarantine for Covid, his workers were out on holiday, he does not have a lift open to assemble the car. I have told him multiple times to just stop whatever he is doing, put my car back together and I will pick it up. Whether that be to drive it out or tow it if its not drivable and he refuses. He never gives me a straight answer on whats going on with the car or why its taking so long and I just need my car back. I paid him everything I owe so I don't understand why my car is not finished. Its been 5 months.
