    I had my car brought in to Champa for repairs (1/12/24) and provided my warranty information following the diagnostic test (1/22/24). I also followed up multiple times with the shop about filing a claim with my warranty after performing the diagnostic test and before performing repairs (1/22/24, 1/24/24, 1/26/24, and 1/30/24). The shop failed to file the claim with my warranty prior to repairs (filed 2/2/24) and therefore the warranty company would not cover the full repairs. The warranty company stated that had proper procedures been followed on the auto repair shops end, all repairs would have been covered by my warranty. I do not think I should have to pay for the remaining costs since the reason they were not covered was due to the auto shops failure to properly file the claim. The auto shop claimed the additional charges would not have been covered, however my warranty shows that they would have been, the warranty company just wanted to send someone out to confirm the issues. Additionally, the head mechanic, **, was extremely verbally aggressive towards me when I came in to discuss the matter, yelling and screaming that I wasnt getting my car back until it was paid for, making me feel very unsafe.

    Company accepted my vehicle for diagnostics. I paid the diagnostic fees and setup a time frame for repairs. The owner of this shop called my wife at 8am this morning, while our vehicle was at our home, and cussed her out and yelled at her to remove her car from his lot and that he refuses services to us. I contacted him again and informed him the car was not there. And he cussed me out and said the same thing for no reason. This owner was also witnessed assaulting a homeless woman by kicking her in the face and stomach wile she was asleep outside. This company attempted to say the repair was over $2000. Got it fixed for $140 at greasemonkey down the road.

    Again, this is not true as I stated on our ****** review, but you blocked me before I could post it. No one kicked, yelled at,assaulted or any of the false accusations your spewing around on social media.  If our company sees any more lies about us coming from you or anyone associated with you,  we will have our lawyers file Slander and defamation of character against you in court. This is your last warning.
