The truck ( *********** Silverado **** **** HD only worked for less than a week. I had the truck towed back to his place of business, where *** stated that he would get another engine, all free of cost, including labor. He failed on multiple attempts to repair, fix and complete the work I paid. After countless phone calls, texts, messages, and emails. I received a call from a family member who drove past Duran Automotive that a towing company was towing all vehicles from the Duran Automotive lot. My truck was still parked in his lot with an Orange Abandoned vehicle sticker on my truck. Nobody knew where the towing company was taking the vehicles, and the new owner did not speak English. My family member proactively towed the truck to their property so that the Duran and *** did sell it for parts! Highly disappointed in the outcome. This truck was the last that my father owned before he passed and gave it to me! I would love to get back the money I lost on this investment but most importantly, my truck fixed!
