Think again before hiring this company to transport your vehicle. It very well might end up in the middle of the country in some tow yard UNLOCKED with keys left inside and you'll be given ZERO information. If you want to get updates day after day after day you'll have to reach out to them, as they will not give you any updates without asking them. They said 5 days to ship my car... as they have many many trucks on the road and my car sat for a week while a truck got fixed. This company is a bait and switch. They claim to be Fast, Safe, and Reliable. Today is day 12 without my vehicle. Safe...my car is unlocked in the middle of ******. Reliable....nope. They are clueless. They said, "We have not eta when the truck will be fixed" That was day 4. Which means that my car is stuck with their broken-down junk truck! It's now day 12! I will make sure to review this company on any site that allows for a review. This has been a total disaster. I am up to $300 in rental car charges. Safe yourself the headache and hire a company that truly lives up to its reputation. This company could care less!

This is an awesome company! Highly recommend when transporting your vehicle across the country. We recently had a horrible experience with another company. I was so nervous to trust another one. I heard there are a lot of scammers in this industry which I had to find out the hard way. This company has awesome communication from the get go. Updates along the way and the best part is the price is very reasonable. I give them 5 stars all the way!

The vehicle was picked up promptly and arrived without any damage. So for that, they get some stars. The experience was quite terrible beyond that. UZ promised a delivery date of July 2, but their driver decided he wanted to take the entire long holiday weekend off, without ever calling the customer. His plan was to deliver it on Tuesday the 6th - four days late. There was zero communication from the driver or the office, and the only reason I found out about it at all was because I called in to ask for a delivery window. After pushing their manager to honor their contract, and having our broker contact them as well, they finally agreed to deliver it on the contract date; the driver apparently also had a pickup nearby so I may have lucked out. We would have had to file a delay claim with their office as we had intended to leave on a trip on the 4th and would have been unable to cancel tickets and hotel rooms. I expect the people I hire to do their job and honor their commitments. I wont be using UZ again, as they dont value their own word. Their promises carry very little currency with me as a result of this. Make all the excuses you want, but a driver breaking their written commitments to take a holiday is unacceptable.

UZ Auto Transport did a great job of delivering my new vehicle. They always kept me up to date with the status of the vehicle and worked with me to deliver the vehicle at a time that worked best for me

My vehicle was transported quickly and the cost was fair. All went well and I would definitely use UZ Auto Trans again in the future.
