    After very concise, directed instructions of what I wanted and also expected to get professionally, I was given the absolute worst haircut and color I have ever received in the 70 years this hair has been attached to my head. I was so distraught, I text this "stylist" and quite frankly expressed how upset and shocked I was at the butchered mess that greeted me in the mirror. I was told by this wanna-be "stylist" that she thought I was wrong. That she was one of the best blah blah blah tripping over her ignorance to soothe her inflated ego, and that she had undercharged me by $100 because I had asked for a possible senior discount. She cut my almost waist-length hair right up to my earlobes. She came at me with an ************************* vengeance. Hair flying. I had no time to react or speak before the damage was done. No two hairs the same length. Not enough hair to put in a ponytail or bun. Enough to hang in my face all the time. I have sat and cried. I then tried to call the salon owner and left messages for her to return my call. I wanted her to see the result of this disastrous hair appointment. She had no interest. I was insulted and hung up on Not one moment of considering my viewpoint or feelings. I felt bullied, exploited, and ripped off. For this, I paid $200 which I had saved for months. They are free to do as they please, get paid for it whether the customer likes it or not, yet not be accountable or accept responsibility for their actions. It is deplorable. A terrible experience for me. The only way to fix it is to cut it all off or shave my head according to 3 other stylists, and now I have no money for a haircut anyway. Avoid this salon and be careful who you believe will do what you ask for, and are prepared to pay for, they cannot be trusted to do anything except exactly what they want. Then gaslight you to believe you are the one that f***ked up by knowing the difference. The age of little respect.

    I wish I could post the pictures of your before and after.
    Your hair was well past your shoulders!!
    You did come in with long hair. Long strangely hair, with red ends. 
    Red is one of the most impossible colors to get rid of! And this stylist actually did! We were all very impressed!! Afterwards, your text messages to this stylist were abusive. You never even asked her to look at it. Or fix it. You told her you were getting evicted, and she over charged you. When we did in fact give you $100 off. You told her very depressing stories while you sat in her chair that were almost unbelievable. She hugged you upon your departure, ****** was so much sadness. 
    Im you life is so hard, but taking it out on us isnt going to make anything better. 

    Reader, I will gladly email you a picture of her before and after and threatening texts if you find interest. ********************************

    We have a policy that you can come get your double checked and or fixed for free with in two weeks of your appointment. You didnt reach out to me for 3 weeks! Once we spoke, I told you I would look at it, I told you i was sorry!  you kept complaining and than you started screaming at me. Therefore I hung up on you. 
    i dont deserve that. 

    Please please stay far away from my salon with your depressing negative attitude. 
    We should have assumed you would be unhappy, with how happy you are with your life. 
    Good luck with negative horrifying attitude in your future!
