  placed order for 100% goose down sleeping pillows. i purchased 4 of them and shipped two to my son, 2 to me. they say 30 day quarantee they are the softest most comfortable pillows. i slept the first night as if sleeping on rocks. they are hard packed. i contacted them via email at ************************************ and they said please accept 15% off. i said no they will not be softer due to a discount. i am not satisfied. they offered 20% still no go. they said i would need to send them to *****! the contact us and the contact info on email signature box is ******. i asked why can't i send to ******. They said well these shipped from china and must return to there. however that cost is too much money. now they say i had a promo code and i cannot return them at all. this was not disclosed, they said to put them in dryer. punch them with air to fluff. still not good and FEATHERS came out. no where does it say feathers, I would never have purchased at that price non hypoallergenic feathers, This is why they are hard and compact. down is soft and airy and hypo allergenic. someone with allergies is going to get very ill from not knowing they are feather and not actually down, there is a small separate layer of down. not enough to make a difference, yet they claim 100% down with 800 fill power of down. that it is clean and hypo allergenic. not once do they ever say feather. and they say location is *** which it is not and the email address is suspect also. its a scam company and that amount of money is not the cost of common feather pillows.

  I have asked via email (no one answers the phone number they provide) 3 times what the actual content of the inside filler is. Is it feathers or 100% goose down as advertised and purchased. They have not replied to the emails with this information. I have opened it because they dont reply and have seen with my own eyes that it is nearly all feathers. A small pocket layer of down is inside on top of the feathers.
