I was going to be a student of Pima Medical Institute until I saw the price tag, and that I couldn't work and attend class at the same time. Yes, I withdrew immediately, didn't attend a single class, returned all that I could, except this computer. It was paid for by my ****** and is non refundable. Yet, they are still charging me the full tuition even though I shouldn't be charged because I was in the "safe to withdraw or drop zone". It wasn't even 24 hours let alone 14 days from sign on. However, the school has lost all record of my having set foot there, and is using a third party to collect on the entire tuition. This would pay for nothing, and I have no money to give them. I am still seeking steady employment. I feel it is wrong for me to have to pay for nothing, and no record of having been there in the first place. The third party when questioned have no record of me either. Not even a student number. But they are more than happy to take money.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
They gave me no paperwork. I have no guarantee this issue is resolved. He called me and was threatening me for the complaint. No I dont want to take the complainant down. The complaint stands they owe me money for the rest of the PELl ***** and I need distribution paperwork for tax time.
Sincerely,

I want proof they will not continue to bill me. Why are you canceling my complaint? This issue is not resolved! The representative from Pima Medical Institute was trying to will me to drop the complaint, and was being verbally abusive, and threatening me! Keep the complaint in place! Let people know that is not a reputable school, and that it no longer represents poor people.
