Early to mid June, 2022: I return two cabinets I purchased online for $262.40 from AEZHomeConcept Inc through the ******* website. I brought both cabinets, each individually packaged, to the ******* store on **************************************************************. Here, the lady who helped me said she can ONLY return one of the packages through the ******* store and that the 2nd package has to be shipped, so she provided me with a ***** shipping label (attached), tracking #: 274391063440.If you look up the tracking # on the ***** website, you will see that it clearly states both packages have been delivered. You'll also see that for some reason, the lady working at ******************* gave me the same tracking no. for the box I shipped through ***** as the box she mailed through the ******** store.June 24, 2022: I receive a refund to my bank for the amount $131.20 for the FIRST package returned through the ******* store. July 2022: I called ******* and spoke to a representative as I hadn't received a refund for the 2nd package yet. She confirmed the 2nd package was indeed received at "the warehouse" and that I should receive a refund in the next 4 to 6 weeks.August 2022: I called ******* twice, finally getting a response that the package was actually not received. After almost 2 months, you can see how infuriated I was. Last 1 to 2 weeks: The last ******* representative I spoke with put me in touch with the third party seller who then contacted me via E-mail. I've been in correspondence with AEZHomeConcept, who, after multiple times stating I returned the package, refuse to refund me my $131.20. I sent them the same information I sent you. Waiting almost 3 months for a resolution, it's understandable that I have become irritable, impatient, and frustrated about my situation. It's a simple fix: I returned the package correctly, so I should be refunded.I implore you to help me get my refund. There's insurmountable evidence that the 2nd package was delivered. Thank you.
